Atlas Bank Receives Extension on Meeting Minimum Capital Requirement (MCR)

Karachi, January 08, 2010: State Bank of Pakistan has granted Atlas Bank Ltd an extension till March 31, 2010 to meet the MCR and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR).Atlas Bank has been assigned a long-term rating of “A-” (A minus) and a short-term rating of “A2” (A Two) by the Pakistan Credit Rating Agency (PACRA). These ratings denote a low expectation of credit risk emanating from a strong capacity for timely payment of financial commitments.
